The Industrial/Commercial Revitalization Commission (ICRC) is comprised of 13 volunteers, one of whom shall serve as Chairman.  To qualify for the ICRC, one must own property or be employed by a business located with the Village.  The ICRC meets during the evening one time per month or more or less frequently as needed.

The ICRC plans, coordinates, and makes recommendations to the President and Board of Trustees concerning the master plan to revitalize the business and commercial areas of the Village.  The ICRC recommends an annual budget to undertake improvements recommended by the Commission.
